Bussen, pastor of Christ the King Parish, will celebrate the 30th anniversary of his ordination on Dec. 17; Father Francisco Pires, pastor of Saint Thomas Aquinas Parish, will celebrate the 27th anniversary of his ordination on Dec. 8; Father Reynato T. Rodillas, pastoral administrator of Saint Olaf Parish, will celebrate the 14th anniversary of his ordination on Dec. 12 and Father German A. Umana, pastoral administrator of San Felipe Parish, will celebrate the 15th anniversary of his ordination on Dec. 7.

Letter from the Author!Judge Memorial CHS students wrote to Jesuit Father Gregory Boyle, author of "Tattoos on the Heart," after reading the book. In mid-November they received Fr. Boyle’s handwritten response: "I am so heartened by the ct that you read my book and so grateful that you shared your reflections with me. Hope you’ll come and visit Homeboy.
