note tattoos Firefighters respond to Belleville Tattoo Shop

Belleville firefighters responded about 5:30 p.m. Monday to a furnace fire at Integrity Tattoos and Piercing, 324 Illinois St.

Damage was limited to the furnace in the basement, Belleville Fire Chief Scott Lanxon said. Everyone was evacuated from the building, which also includes apartments. No injuries were reported.

Lanxon said the furnace was old and was being replaced.
